
The northern hairy nosed wombat is classified as critically endangered and is one of the rarest animals in the world. This species is protected in the Epping National Park Queensland from their main predator, the Dingo.
They can grow up to 1 Metre long and have brownish grey soft silky fur. Average weight is 30 kg making this species the largest borrowing herbivore in the World.
