Due to COVID-19 and hygienic concerns, For your own safety and protection we DO NOT offer an exchange or return of clothing.
We are confident you are going to be completely in love with your order from us however, there may be the odd occasion when you have to make a return, in that case you have 14 days to lodge your return. If you have changed your mind, we ONLY offer an exchange.
If there is a manufacturing fault on the item we can offer an exchange or refund. Proof of purchase is required on either case.
Refunds only apply for manufacturing faults.
To return your item for exchange or refund, simply follow the steps below:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the reason why you’d like to make your return, attach proof of purchase and photos of the issue if applies.
- You will need to pay for the return back to our store. If applicable, include a pre-paid satchel with your nominated address for the new item to be sent back.
- Once received the item in its original packaging and condition, we can exchange or refund the item.
